Our team combines backgrounds in digital marketing, SaaS development, and cybersecurity — giving us genuine hands-on perspective when reviewing the tools we cover.

Before launching AI Tool Trend, he spent four years as a senior product reviewer at a B2B technology publication, evaluating over 300 software products. Our Review Process
Every tool reviewed on AI Tool Trend goes through a structured evaluation process:
- Free trial or paid account — We sign up for and use the actual product, not demos or press briefings
- 2–4 weeks of real use — Long enough to experience onboarding, support responsiveness, and any limitations not visible in demos
- Benchmark testing — Where applicable, we run standardized tests (AI output quality, VPN speed, uptime) to generate comparable data
- Competitive comparison — We compare every tool against its closest alternatives before finalizing our verdict
- Regular re-evaluation — Products are reviewed annually or after major updates
